Iside

Iside follows Veronica, a former dancer with magnetic energy who has found a safe haven in the Castelli Romani region: she has a dance school, a light and airy home, and a unique bond with her daughter, Chiara. When they learn they’re expecting a child, they grow even closer, but the day comes when their magical sense of harmony shatters in the most painful way possible. Years later, in Paris, a young Italian dancer with an ineffable talent and preoccupied eyes, called Thalia, crosses paths with Chiara who’s now an adult. They don’t know one another, but they feel a profound connection. The lives of these three women, who are far apart in age, seem to call to one another from a distance, bound together by a thread which speaks to motherhood and the mysterious echo through which love continues to flow
