威廉·卡斯尔（出生名威廉·施洛斯二世；1914年4月24日 – 1977年5月31日）是一位美国电影导演、制片人、编剧和演员。卡斯尔11岁成为孤儿，15岁辍学进入剧院工作。他因出色的宣传才能受到哥伦比亚影业的关注并被聘用。他学习了电影制作工艺并成为一名导演，以能够快速且在预算内制作出合格的B级片而闻名。他最终独立门户，制作并执导惊悚片，尽管预算较低，但他通过使用噱头进行有效宣传，这成为了他最著名的标志。他还是《罗斯玛丽的婴儿》的制片人。
