米沙·奥尔（原名米哈伊尔·谢苗诺维奇·温科夫斯基，1905年11月17日—1967年3月5日）是一位出生于俄国的美国演员，于20世纪20年代末搬到好莱坞。他于1928年首次出演电影。奥尔的职业生涯很长，出演了该时期许多最著名的电影。他因在1936年的神经喜剧《我的戈弗雷》中的表演获得奥斯卡最佳男配角提名，这为他带来了更多古怪的喜剧角色。他后来转战电视领域，并在20世纪60年代一直在法国和意大利继续出演电影。
