威廉·迈尔斯·马勒森（1888年5月25日—1969年3月15日）是英国演员兼剧作家，尤以参演1930至1960年代的英国喜剧电影而闻名。其职业生涯后期亦在多部汉默恐怖片中客串演出，在《德古拉的新娘》中饰演那位疑病症缠身、嗜财如命的地方医生，戏份颇重。马勒森还参与了许多电影的编剧工作，其中不乏他本人客串出演的作品，如《奈尔·格温》（1934年）与《巴格达大盗》（1940年）。此外，他曾翻译并改编多部莫里哀戏剧，包括《恨世者》（译名《真理的奴隶》）、《伪君子》及《无病呻吟》。
