诺曼·雷·陶罗格（1899年2月23日—1981年4月7日）是美国电影导演及编剧。1920年至1968年间，陶罗格执导了超过140部电影，并曾九度执导猫王埃尔维斯·普雷斯利参演的电影，合作作品数量超过任何其他导演。他凭借1931年的电影《淘哥儿》获得奥斯卡最佳导演奖，并以32岁的年龄保持了86年“最年轻奥斯卡最佳导演得主”的纪录。此后他又因1938年的电影《孤儿乐园》再度获得最佳导演提名。为表彰其对电影产业的贡献，诺曼·陶罗格在好莱坞星光大道藤街1600号拥有一枚专属星章。
