Tempel des Satans

Journalist Pit Nordfors (Bruno Carstens) discovers that a missile test that went wrong should never have happened. He wants to unveil the scandal, but Howard Dumont (Franz Kutschera), the publisher of the newspaper, refuses to print the story under pressure from the armaments industry. Nordfors continues to investigate on its own. On the way, the plane he is traveling in is hit by a missile. Nordfors, a former pilot himself, takes the controls and delays the landing while trying to blackmail the newspaper editors into publishing his material now. This puts the lives of the passengers at risk. His attempt fails and he is arrested.
