As the illegal relic trade becomes rampant, an elite officer from the 911 task force is assigned to go undercover as a driver for a low-level comedian with survival skills. He poses as Mike Joker, a major relic dealer, to expose the real leader of the smuggling ring, Kevin Smith. Meanwhile, the Wihok Wehka unit, discovering Mike Joker's threat to national culture, sends Lt. Col. Mesa, a skilled officer, undercover as a relic saleswoman named Suay Samoe to infiltrate Mike Joker’s operations and dismantle the illegal trade.
