Ten dedicated firefighters and women from all over the country will live and live together at Fredriksten Fortress in Halden for two weeks. There they will compete both individually and as a team, and they will face challenges that push them to the limit, both physically and mentally. After seven episodes, one fire constable will remain the winner, and can travel home to his fire station with a brand new emergency vehicle.
