Kashti

Set against the backdrop of the River Indus, Kashti follows Noori, a spirited girl from a boat-dwelling society, who elopes with her lover, Darya Khan, defying her family’s disapproval. Enraged, her brother Loung vows revenge—a sister for a sister. A blend of feudalism, forbidden love, and magical realism, Kashti captures the beauty and brutality of a fading way of life, where love and vengeance collide in a timeless, haunting tale.
