A young woman raised in brothels seeks to marry a rich man to escape her harsh life. By chance, she crosses paths with her half-sister, unknowingly competing with her for a husband. Conceived out of wedlock, she is the illegitimate daughter of a rich General whose wife, upon discovering her existence, tried to have her and her mother eliminated. Saved by a prostitute who raised her in the same trade, she grows into a fierce and determined woman—like fire—returning to claim what she believes is rightfully hers.
