Carolina is married to a corrupt man who commits fraud and blames her, forcing her to flee with her young son. Desperate and with nowhere to turn, she seeks help from her twin sister, Celeste, a nun. When they reunite, the sisters devise a daring plan: to switch identities. Carolina assumes Celeste’s role and arrives in Monteverde, a remote town inhabited only by men and ruled by Óscar León, a bitter man abandoned by his wife. Out of spite, he has banned women from working or settling there. However, Father Gabriel and the real Sister Celeste refuse to accept the status quo. Together, they launch a bold mission to bring in a group of women determined to challenge the rules, heal the town’s wounds, and restore love and community to a place ruled by resentment.
