Chernobyl: A Never-Ending Tragedy

Chernobyl is not merely the greatest nuclear disaster in history. It is a wound that remains open, a tragedy that extends far beyond the borders of the USSR and the year 1986. By recounting this event, this film aims to tell the story of a disaster that encapsulates everything that makes our modern societies so fragile: the weight of the state’s interests, the mechanics of deception, the failure of technology, but also the stubborn courage of the men and women who sacrificed themselves to save Europe.
