Ivy, in her mid-thirties, is attractive, impulsive, funny — and single. As a trendy interior and set designer who decorates the coolest stores in town, Ivy gets to let her creativity run wild. But even though Ivy has a great circle of friends and a good relationship with her father in addition to her professional success, there’s one piece of the puzzle missing from her life: a happy relationship. Sure, there are other ways to live your life, but Ivy knows she wants to finally settle down with someone. When Ivy’s last girlfriend from back in the day throws a bachelorette party, Ivy feels particularly left out. At a “tarot and astrology shop,” she has her cards read by a hip, big-city oracle and, completely unexpectedly, receives a pretty specific prophecy.
