Simson Roadtrip

Eight friends from Thuringia are riding their Simson mopeds, some over 40 years old, more than 1,500 kilometers through Germany and Luxembourg to Belgium. Thanks to a special regulation, the robust machines are now allowed to travel at 60 km/h. Their destination: the Formula 1 racetrack in Spa, which they want to test with their vintage vehicles. Along the way, the friends cover up to 250 kilometers a day, battle breakdowns, and face the challenges of wild camping. (Text: ZDF)
