Anatomy Of Emotions

Kira is a brilliant surgeon. She meticulously saves lives, but has absolutely no control over her own. Her office romance with her married department head, Ignat, has reached a dead end, and her father, the head physician, Pyotr Andreevich, attempts to force her into a "woman's happiness" only evoke mild irritation. With the arrival of young doctors at the hospital, the usual order collapses. While Ignat is infatuated with a new colleague, Kira begins to be attracted to Yegor, a charming surgeon undeterred by her coldness. While matters of life and death are being decided in the operating rooms, passions flare up in the hospital corridors, passions that medicine cannot control.
