Svenska New York-fruar

Everyday life is not about shopping at Lidl or who will pick up and drop off at kindergarten. These are homes for hundreds of millions of kronor, private plans, botox parties and beauty interventions, red carpets and celebrity parties, luxury consumption of roaring cars, luxury yachts, exclusive art, jewelry and designer clothes. But also about the drive to succeed - to become the best at what you do - in perhaps the toughest of cities. A city where success requires cunning, sharp elbows and a lot of skin on the nose ... a city very far from Östermalm, very far from Skåne. In Swedish New York wives we meet: Madeline Hult Elghanayan, from Stockholm - one of Manhattan's most successful real estate agents who is married to Tom - real estate magnate and one of the richest men in the United States. Gunilla Persson, from Högsjö - former photo model and actress who now lives to make her 8-year-old daughter Erika the world's most successful child star.
