Katarzyna Bosacka simply loves Polish food. Real sourdough bread, juicy ham, sausage, dumplings, cold soup and the best strawberries in the world. If our country is a gourmet's paradise, why is the shop food more and more popular? The bread crumbles, the ham tastes like cardboard, and the sausage is inedible. Why do some food producers spoil something that doesn't need tweaking? How do I recognize real food? How not to fall for fakes?
