Felix Malinin lives in a small town near Moscow. Among friends and acquaintances, he is reputed to be a good guy, an introverted eccentric, constantly disappearing on business trips. Felix has a slight addiction - he is very fond of cooking, and he also has a secret that only a few people know about. In fact, he is an employee of the operative-search bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. His operational pseudonym is "Culinary Specialist". His job is to promptly implement and collect information about everything that may be of interest to law enforcement agencies. Able to instantly reincarnate and by any means to obtain the necessary information, Felix approaches each case with a special taste - as if preparing the next dish, and gives each operation a culinary name.
