In the new reality series Swedish Riviera, we meet the hard-working staff and the sun-worshiping guests at Pite Havsbad - one of northern Europe's largest leisure facilities. Pites Pavarotti, the raggar couple Tony and Cattis and Småland's penultimate mohican Nisse are just some of the million holidaymakers who make the pilgrimage here every year. All under the supervision of hotel manager Agneta and her staff. Up with the awning! Pite Havsbad started as a small kiosk on the beach almost 70 years ago. Today, the facility with its 350 employees is like a summer party version of a medium-sized Swedish municipality. Here you will find everything: bars, kiosks, a cinema, a golf course, fast food places and even your own church. Here is a large hotel with an equally large dance restaurant, which has made Pite Havsbad an entertainment center where the whole of northern Sweden controls its party-hungry steps.
