Middle Germany From Above

In the production of the “Central Germany from Above” series, a state-of-the-art camera system is used to create that magical view from the sky that has always fascinated and inspired people. The film combines the fascinating high-tech aerial photographs with old aerial photographs of the former border that a BGS official shot over 20 years ago. In this way, an extraordinary picture is created of the now green and once deadly strip that has been running through the middle of Germany for four decades.
