The Heroes Of The Animals

In The Heroes of Animals, we get to follow the game rescuers Lili Päivärinta, her colleague Anneli Berglund and a number of other passionate people who dedicate their time to saving animals. At the center, of course, are the animals and their owners, and we get to accompany them through tear-jerking journeys from sick to healthy. But sometimes the unthinkable also happens, when the vets are forced to realize that the battle is lost. The series also follows the work at the trauma department at Väsby Animal Hospital. There, veterinarians Marie, Jannis and Ash work around the clock to try to save their patients. This is often about minutes for the stories to have a happy ending.
