Versman is the proud owner of a mobile shop: the Verskar. His greatest concern is to sell his goods to the man, or rather to the woman, with the highest possible profit. Versman has a small, irregular clientele that is not sufficient to purchase all his fresh goods. Versman is a small-bourgeois man with a double character. He can bark at people, but can also be overly friendly when it turns out that they might want to buy something. Versman is a true middle-class person, especially with wealthy-looking ladies.
