Urban is not alone, in fact he can always count on the help of his daughter Milena, of the street sweeper and great friend of him since childhood, Tobia, and of the horoscopes that are made to him daily by the doorkeeper Agnese. Urbano Tommasi thus encounters, every day, the thousand problems of a city like Rome, always helping everyone in an attempt to make his dream come true ...
