Zurich Langstrasse

Zurich District 4 is in the midst of upheaval. Traditional bars are closing, trendy nightclubs are opening. Shacks are being renovated and rented out expensively. Well-paid couples are displacing large foreign families. For one summer, the reporting teams from the DOK editorial team immerse themselves in this living space, which is full of contrasts. Nowhere in Switzerland do crime and crèches, art and commerce, milieu and humanity come together in such a small area as in the “Kreis Cheib” in Zurich.
