Deadline - Every Second Counts

Deadline is about the cases of a special department of the Berlin police, a department for crime prevention. In other words: For psychological warfare. The special department for crime prevention (SV) is used when the police don't know what to do. Their job is to protect potential victims and seek direct confrontation with the perpetrator. This can be through interpreting the signs he leaves at the crime scene or through direct contact.
