The new SBS6 program 'My Life In Their Hands' follows seven people who are planning an extremely important medical procedure for a year. From 43-year-old Harrie, who hopes to get rid of his severe epileptic seizures, to 29-year-old Lotte, who suffers from metastatic colon cancer. For some, the procedure is a matter of life or death. For others, it will drastically change their lives anyway. They know one thing for sure: this procedure is all-important.
