At the Ministry of Defense, Captain Eve Catraz heads the Psychological Phenomena Intervention Group (GIPP). Within the Vatican secret services, Bishop Franck de Kern is in charge of studying (by stifling them) miracles and other paranormal manifestations, which seriously harm the superior interests of the Church. When a little girl with seemingly supernatural powers is kidnapped, Eve and Franck are forced to work together to save her.
