Until The Last Heartbeat

Diego is the head of the Bari Polyclinic, a respected cardiac surgeon and an honest man. He is in love with Elena, her daughter, Anna, and their son, Paolo. Diego has everything, but happiness is fragile, and he, who saves patients every day, cannot help his own child, a heart patient who has been waiting for a transplant for months. His desire to save Paolo leads him into a vortex of blackmail and compromise, ultimately putting his family in danger.
