Chief. Return

Several years have passed since General Rastorguev was dismissed from the post of head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and dismissed. Currently, Viktor Sergeevich works as the head of the security service in one of the St. Petersburg banks. Rastorguev's work is quite calm, he calls himself a "wedding general". At the same time, the "retired" undoubtedly misses the police service. He understands that he deserves more than just wiping his pants in the office.
