Animal Planet, The Games of Love

Do you know that in the grasslands of southern England, the male skater spider offers the female gifts patiently wrapped in silken threads? While Madame is unpacking her parcels, Monsieur takes the opportunity to… take action. Have you ever heard the song of the male cane toads of the African savannah who, around ponds waterlogged by seasonal rains, compete in vocalizations to seduce females? Do you know MacGregor's gardener's parade, dancing and singing around the twig arbor he made for his mate? Here are some of the amazing, spectacular, moving rituals that can be discovered in Animal Planet, the games of love, a two-part documentary series narrated by Alexandra Lamy.
