The former criminal authority of Klaipeda - Wolf, who got into trouble with the law enforcement, escapes to sunny Spain, where step by step he begins to make his way to the title of drug lord. The henchmen remaining in Lithuania become his hammers in matters of power, and Vilkas does not sleep: by cunning manipulation, he plays a game with extremely dangerous Spanish-Lithuanian criminals - Stupar and Patron, in order to take over their business. This whole process is closely monitored by the Lithuanian Criminal Police, preparing for the "Icebreaker" operation. The wolf is only one careless step away from the dock.
