Hourglass is about a female doctor who specializes in obstetrics and gynecology, but does not have children herself. She decides to find a surrogate and conceive a child through that womb. After a woman agrees to cooperate and becomes pregnant, she falls in love with the child, the lack of necessary moral harmony causes conflict and finally the person runs away from the doctor's house.
