凯伦·珍·阿兰（英語：Karen Jane Allen，1951年10月5日－），是一名美国女演员，以出演《印第安纳琼斯》系列电影《法柜奇兵》（1981年）和《印第安納瓊斯：水晶骷髏王國》（2008年）的角色“玛莉恩”而知名。爱伦同时出演过1979年电影《火拼战车》（The Wanderers）、1980年电影《虎口巡航》（Cruising）、1984年电影《外星恋》（Starman）、1988年电影《回到过去》（Scrooged）、1993年电影《沙地传奇》（The Sandlot）、2004年电影《》（Poster Boy）。
