翁贝托·伦齐（Umberto Lenzi，1931年8月6日—2017年10月19日）是一位意大利电影导演、编剧和小说家。伦齐从小就是个电影迷，曾在实验电影中心（Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia）学习，并于1958年执导了他的第一部电影（未上映），他的官方导演处女作是1961年的《Queen of the Seas》。伦齐20世纪60年代的电影顺应了当时的流行趋势，这使他执导了多部间谍片和情色惊悚片。20世纪70年代，他延续了这一风格，拍摄了贾洛（giallo）电影、犯罪电影，并凭借《Man from the Deep River》拍摄了第一部意大利食人族电影。他一直拍片到20世纪90年代，后来转型为小说家，创作了一系列谋杀悬疑小说。
