Oleg Viktorovich Boyko (Russian: Олег Викторович Бойко; born 28 September 1964) is a Russian entrepreneur, an international investor and Chairman of Finstar Financial Group, a diversified private equity firm founded in 1996. He also controls 4Finance, a consumer finance company based in Latvia, directly, through his mother and his other relatives. Boyko's interests span Europe, Asia and Latin America. He is currently sanctioned in Canada and Australia as a part of sanctions imposed on Kremlin-linked businesses after Russian aggression against Ukraine. He occupies the 1561st spot on the World's Billionaires list, with a personal wealth estimated at $1.4 billion.
