Judge Yulia Gulyaeva and her husband, chef Edik, are celebrating their tenth wedding anniversary. But the trouble is that, looking into the kitchen in the midst of the celebration, Yulia finds Edik with the waitress Anya at the very moment when they are sorting out relations that are not at all industrial. Edik begs Yulia for forgiveness: he has nothing serious with Anya. But Yulia is an uncompromising judge not only at work, but also in life. All hopes are for Dasha, Yulia’s younger sister, who volunteered to help Edik and return him to the family. Dasha’s enthusiasm seems capable of moving mountains, but even her most ingenious peacemaking plans are destroyed by Yulia’s cold inflexibility. Life forces Yulia to change her rigid principles only after a mysterious stranger appears in her destiny.
