1. The service

CinePersona provides film and TV information, watch and episode history, AI taste analysis, recommendations, matching, chat, sync, and feedback features. Some features depend on third-party film and TV data, authorized connections, or model providers and may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, limits, or third-party outages.

2. Accounts and user content

You are responsible for protecting your credentials and must not impersonate others, abuse the service at scale, or send harassing or unlawful content. You are responsible for avatars, bios, reviews, and messages you submit and must have the rights needed to publish them.

We provide reporting, blocking, and content-handling mechanisms and may restrict, hide, or remove violating content or accounts to protect users and the service.

3. AI, recommendations, and third parties

AI reports and recommendations help you explore movie preferences; they are not professional advice and are not guaranteed to be accurate. When you choose a third-party model, Trakt, or another connection, you also agree to follow that provider's terms and privacy policy.

Third-party metadata, images and external scores may be restricted, replaced or removed following provider changes or rights notices. Catalog material is handled separately from watch history, personal reviews and playback progress; the scope follows the notice and applicable requirements.

4. Deletion, suspension, and contact

You can start account deletion from App Settings. We may suspend features for security, abuse prevention, legal, or maintenance reasons; this does not remove your applicable data rights.
