Burning Clouds

Takashi Asahina, a co-pilot for Far East Airlines who was forced out of his company due to an accident, is still working at a construction site, but he can't give up his yearning for the sky. At that time, he is approached by Chief Munekata of the aviation prosecutor's office and begins working as an aviation prosecutor. Aviation prosecutors are sky guards who crack down on strange planes that illegally enter the country for smuggling and other misdeeds. Shortly after starting work, Asahina takes charge of a case in which an unidentified woman who had stowed away from Bangkok was shot dead at the airport.
