The Sixteenth Spring

Slavka Korablev is only 15 years old. One sunny spring morning, on the way to school, he stopped at a construction site, admiring the work of an excavator. Everything turned out so well for him that it was impossible to take his eyes off. Slava’s surprise was great when a fragile, young and beautiful girl jumped out of the excavator’s cab. And Slavka, of course, immediately fell in love with her. Slavka really wanted to meet her, and he began to come to the construction site every morning. The girl noticed this, they met and became friends. The only problem for Slavka was that Natasha, that was the girl’s name, was still much older than him, and besides, she already had a fiancé - a handsome truck driver from a local trucking company.
