The starting point of the film is an interview with Godard in June 68, never broadcast, where he crosses out the image of his arm, to represent the impossibility of filming "as before", thus advocating the waste of film and resistance to commercial film. The film asks the question: what happens to the actors in a film if their text or script is removed?
