The film tells the adventures of İhsan, who presents himself as a rich man by taking advantage of the mansion's landlords going abroad. İhsan works as a butler in a mansion. He gained the trust of homeowners in a short time. The owners, Hulusi Bey and Şaziye Hanım, go to Switzerland to visit their daughters. Before setting off, they entrust the house to İhsan. İhsan, on the other hand, is trying to marry Nesrin, whom he introduces as rich. For this, İhsan, who uses the waterside mansion, has to convince Nesrin within a month. Hulusi Bey's daughter Hülya comes to Turkey at that time. However, when he learns about the games played in the mansion, he disguises himself as a trick and plays tricks on İhsan.
