Scandinavian Touring Car Championship STCC is a Scandinavian standard car championship that was established in the 2011 season. In the 2011 season, the Swedish Touring Car Championship merged with the Danish Touring Car Championship to form the Scandinavian Touring Car Championship. The acronym/trademark STCC was retained, but thus changed in meaning. In 2010, the championship format was tested, when four of the two championships' race weekends were run together and formed the Scandinavian Touring Car Cup.
