Too many people feel stressed or pressured and need a break. Now six young people are taking the consequences, and for the first time in their lives they switch off their mobile phones and disconnect completely from everyday life. The two naturopaths Simon and Sigurd have only six days in Bornholm's nature to help the young people find the peace they lack in their everyday lives.
