How did settlers on the Great Plains survive? Build houses of stone? Establish businesses and towns on the wide open country? And what was life like before the settlers arrived? Cottonwood Connections utilizes the story of the Cottonwood Ranch Historic Site as a springboard to explore these and various historical topics related to the Great Plains region.
