Dr Nina Haddad (Sabrina Amali) is the new emergency doctor at Mannheim Fire Station III, always on the front line with paramedic Paul Raue (Paul Zichner). Working alongside firefighter Markus Probst (Max Hemmersdorfer), fire chief Piotr Rogosa (Mark Zak) and the fearless Billy Johannes (Anna Schimrigk), Nina experiences emotional highs and lows, dramatic emergencies and moving dramas.
