Three Dishes for Lafer

In the cooking show, top chef Johann Lafer sets a culinary motto for the candidates in each program, which consists of three amateur chefs from three generations. Each of them has to create a culinary plate that corresponds to the motto and that inspires Lafer. They rely on their own ingredients and very personal interpretations. Lafer comments while cooking and also has one or two tips ready. Finally he decides which of the plates wins.
