The Opodeldoks

The Opodeldoks live in the grasslands, halfway between Thursday and the North Pole, with their chickens. One day, curious little Deldok manages to fly over the mountains with the help of a catapult kite flying machine. His friend, Helene the hen, who lays silver eggs when she is frightened, comes along. On the other side lies the forest land where the Mowgli family lives. Little Deldok makes friends with Mogla. The people in the forest land suffer from robots who cut down their trees so that the silver deldok can melt the silver ore on a fire. Opadeldok and the others set off in search of their youngest and discover the long-forgotten cave passage between the Woodland and the Grassland.
