Set in the chaotic final years of the 1990s, the series follows elite financial regulator Hong Geum-bo, who goes undercover as a 20-year-old rookie employee inside a suspicious securities firm. As she tracks illicit funds, the situation spirals into a whirlwind of office politics, mistaken identities, and end-of-century corporate madness — complicated further by the firm’s new CEO, her former lover.
