Perched alone in the sea, Xiake Island dispatches its Reward and Punishment Envoys every ten years to forcibly summon the leaders of major martial arts sects to the island to partake in Laba porridge. Any sect refusing the invitation is systematically eradicated by the envoys. After thirty years, the envoys have reappeared in the martial world. A young beggar nicknamed "Dog Mutt," who was snatched up to Moatian Cliff after accidentally obtaining the Mystic Iron Token, is revered by Changle Gang strategist Bei Haishi as the gang leader Shi Potian. Shi Potian possesses a nature of pure simplicity—honest and humble. Meanwhile, the son of the "Black and White Dual Heroes," Shi Zhongyu, bears an uncanny resemblance to Shi Potian. Yet Zhongyu is inherently frivolous, moves with unrestrained grace, and is gloating with confidence. Their identical appearance frequently leads to confusion, sparking numerous misunderstandings and conflicts.
