Xatar – One Life Is Not Enough

The documentary series looks behind the public image of German rap icon Xatar and embarks on a search for the man Giwar Hajabi – amidst the staged persona, contradictions, fractures, failings, and longings. Xatar's biography is meticulously traced, revealing both its shadows and its light, and asks: What remains of this man who has lived so many lives – as a musician, gangster, talent scout, businessman, icon, husband, and father?
